Festival of culture and internet

 First edition of festival Online/Offline, organized by the two Macedonian culture portals culture.in.mk and plagij.at, will be held on Thursday, January 22 and Friday, January 23. The festival will include Internet-online events, but also ones held live-offline.
According to Jasna Soptrajanova from the first Macedonian daily culture informer www.culture.in.mk, which has existed for eight years, and is one of the founders of the regional network of culture portals inSEEcp, they have felt the necessity to present culture not only through information, but also live, for quite a while.
Two bloggs will be opened throughout the festival, which will be valid for both portals - onlineoffline.wordpress.com and offline2online.wordpress.com. A database of journalism forms, videos and galleries, a virtual Macedonian cultural center will be created at the bloggs.
The festival begins with a workshop of Debora Hustić from Croatia in cultural center Točka on Thursday evening, followed by plagij.at event in Laika.
On Friday, Dušan Dovč from SCCA-Ljubljana/artservis.org will present Artservis' Suitcase, which is for Macedonian art works focused on cultural production issues, whereas Serbian band Petrol will perform in club Castro.
