The main purpose of the panel Financing Culture is to discus cultural policies manifesting themselves trough various funding programme and schemes.

Purpose of the panel Ljubljana – Creative City is to highlight the issue of urban space regulation as a long-term cultural policy from different aspects that are important for the perception of Ljubljana as a capital within the network of European cities.
