Personal, a group exhibition curated by the participants of the 15th year of the World of Art School has been conceived on the basis of a review of recent production of young artists in the field of visual arts. Therefore, it presents the works of artists with whom we share similar life concerns, experiences and challenges. The exhibited works are a reflection of situations and facts of everyday life that the selected artists encounter in their social milieu; they record their intimate experiences, momentary impressions or continuing feelings. Through different approaches the artists translate their attitude towards themselves, their personal history as well as towards individuals from their social circle; they also turn towards socially expected or required roles along with new life situations and transformations. The exhibition is an opportunity to grasp the everyday moments in our lives and helps us to identify feelings, struggles, hopes, dreams and fears of us all.
